Please note: To see your correct shipping options, please be sure to choose your Country/Province or State/Postal Code. You can do so by clicking “Change” under your order summary.

Shipping costs are based on a combination of weight and dimensions of your order and the speed of delivery (if applicable). Prices may change with out notice.

The estimated delivery date stated at the time of your order ONLY applies once your order has been processed and shipped. We do not guarantee delivery times.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

We do not offer a “Pick Up” Option. My warehouses strictly ship direct to you the customer.

All JOURNAL Cards (3×4 and 4×6), DIVIDERS and other small, lightweight items are ADD-ON products and can not be shipped separately.

It is extremely costly to ship these items individually, so to make the most of your shipping dollars, you must include them with a larger order.

When will my order be processed?

We aim to have all orders processed within 24-48 hours.

However there are a couple exceptions:

1. If we are experiencing a higher then normal volume of orders
2. If inventory has just arrived to the warehouse and we have pre-orders to fill ahead of your order. In some cases it can take as many as 7-14 business days to catch up on pre-orders.

When will I receive my order?

Please remember the “Estimated Delivery” days stated at the time you place your order ONLY applies once your order is shipped. You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order is shipped.

We do NOT guarantee your delivery date. They are simply estimates.

All our shipping charges include tracking.

There are no courier deliveries on the weekend. Business Day deliveries only.

 

Canadian and other International Countries:

We ship via Canada Post for all Canadian addresses.

We ship via Canada Post or UPS for International customers, depending on your location.

 

UK & Europe and other International Countries:

All orders placed on a single day are transmitted to the warehouse that night to be queued for processing.

We ship via Royal Mail, FedEx, DPD, UPS and ParcelForce depending on the type of service you request. I highly recommend that you use an address where you will be during the day.

Please note that Royal Mail Quick Service or Courier Premium options only means that you may receive your order the day after it ships from our warehouse, not necessarily the day after you place your order. We do NOT guarantee Next Day delivery to UK addresses, it is just an estimate.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Definition – any one who places an order that lives outside of Canada (from the Canadian shop) or anyone living outside of the European Union (from the UK/Europe shop)

Important: The INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER is responsible for any additional duties, taxes and customs fees that your country may add at time of delivery.
