My Country shows up on the list, but when I enter my order it says you don't ship here?
Please fill out our Contact Us form with your request and we will gladly add your country to our shipping options.
I ordered my Project Life product through the shop, but it has a defective/missing part. Who do I contact?
Please complete our contact us form providing all the detail requested.
Be sure you include your order number. Please describe the issue and we will work to resolve it right away.
The shop is showing the product I want as 'Pre-Order'. How soon will it be restocked?
We do our best mark each pre-order product with an estimated stocking date.
If you would like email notification, please enter your email so we can send you updates.
I have order items that are both in stock and on pre-order. Do you split my order to ship?
To save you on shipping, we hold your order until there is stock to fill your ENTIRE order.
If you want the ‘in stock’ items to ship immediately, then please place two separate orders. Click to learn more about Project Life Pre-Orders.
How soon will my order ship?
If all of the items you ordered are in stock, then we do our best to process your order the same day, or the next business day. However, if the stock has just arrived in the warehouse it can take as long as two weeks for us to work through all of the orders needing to be filled, so your order may be delayed.
