I placed my first order with Scrapbooker's Inner Circle (some photo pocket pages) on November 28 and picked it up from the post office on Dec 2! I was amazed at how quickly it arrived and can't be happier with the product :) Thank you!

Really Pleased

We ordered some Project Life supplies for the first time on Monday evening, and they arrived beautifully packaged via Fed Ex on Wednesday morning. The products are lovely quality - and we can't wait to get started!

I just finished placing an order for 17 items including many from the recently unveiled Seafoam Edition. I placed my order knowing full well that the items have yet to be manufactured, it could be months before my product arrives, and that the production, availability and arrival of said items is out of the control of the Scrapbookers Inner Circle.

I just want to make sure everyone realizes how incredibly lucky we are to have Tammy who graciously provides us with the opportunity to pre-order. Each time a new product becomes available I see MANY comments on Becky's blog and Facebook page by consumers who have spent hours stalking Amazon and are frustrated when items sell out within the first few hours. Not everyone is able to stalk Amazon and check Becky's blog constantly. They may not even know the products were available before they are sold out.

We are so, so lucky to have Tammy! I have enough stress in my life without having to worry about being in the right place at the right time to even order some Project Life products. I place my order at my convenience and Tammy takes care of the rest with superior customer service and graciousness.

Excellent Service

I pre-ordered the Clementine Kit in February knowing that it would be a couple months before it became available. Tammy was fantastic at keeping me informed of the progress and then in the summer time when manufacture was delayed, contacted me again offering to refund me or advising I could continue to wait. I opted to wait and with getting back to school and work, had almost forgotten about it so I was thrilled last week when my package arrived. It is beautiful and was totally worth the wait. Just wanted to say a big Thank You to Tammy for her prompt attention to all issues, and unfailing patience and pleasant attitude.

Delivery delays

I'm sure I will be pleased with the product once it arrives, but the speed of delivery is not acceptable considering the cost of the product is deducted when the order is placed and when the shop displays that a product is in stock.
The UK distributor is efficient and professional in responding to e-mails. Hope I am pleased with the product.

Response: SDF - The ability to Pre-Order is a service we offer our customers, but it is not required. You are always welcome to wait until product is in stock before placing your order. I have reviewed your order and noted that the items requested were listed as Pre-Order, not in-stock. The shop will only list an item as in stock when the warehouse physically has it on the shelves ready to fill orders.
As per our Pre-Order policy, payment for your order is due at the time you place your order. We also state that the items estimated date of arrival is only an estimate as there are many variables that affect it, such as UK customs clearance. This is why we encourage you to sign up for our \"stock availability\" email list so we can keep you informed along the way of the status us of the product arriving to the warehouse.

Delivery arrived! Yippee.

I ordered in May, knowing there would be a wait - delayed gratification on a huge scale. All arrived today, and it is lovely. Well packaged to protect product, great quality, gorgeous colours. Cannot wait to start now.

Great Service

I was very excited to receive my album, pocket pages and page protectors and was not disappointed by the quality of the products and the sturdy boxes. One disappointment was that 9 of my pocket pages had creases through them which must have happened in production because the boxes were perfect. I emailed Tammy and straight away had a reply with a promise for replacements to arrive, which they did very quickly. I am enjoying my album and have already started to get to grips with my backlog of photographs.

Going Beyond Expectations!!!

This review has been a long time coming, somehow I have gotten carried away by life, which is easy to do! I ordered for the first time from Scrapbooker's Inner Circle earlier this year, maybe Jan if memory serves me correctly. Some items from my order were delayed due to uncontrollable circumstances of shipping to Canada etc. When I was inquiring about my order Tammy immediately took the steps to ensure my order arrived at my doorstep the next morning, (the day after I sent my inquiry late at night,) I received her email and the same morning my order arrived on my doorstep! Not only that, but she dug into her personal stash and personally sent me the missing items. She went above and beyond what I was expecting. I was expecting an email with a nice explanation so I would be informed about when the order/delayed items would arrive - perhaps an approximate date. She went beyond the call of duty and totally and completely surprised me! I was blown out of the water with her quick, timely and personal response, that was then followed up by action. Thank you again so much for the fabulous customer service. I have no trouble recommending ordering from your company. I am so happy not only with my Project Life products, but with the wonderful service as well. Can't wait until I can place another order!!! All the best to you!!!
