Amazing Customer Service!

Excellent customer service! Tammy is wonderful to deal with. Although the shipping costs are high, it is what it is. Save money by splitting shipping with a friend or wait until you need a lot of items to make it worth it.

Love Project Life!!

I heard about Project life for the first time from a friend who like me is an experienced scrapbooker. I am a busy mom of 5 kids under 10 and like many moms have a hard time finding free time to work on albums and then feel guilty knowing all the photos that I haven't gotten into albums. This is LIFE CHANGING!! My order arrived in 3 days! I got started right away because everything is pre cut there is little to no mess and everything stores neatly back in your kit! no glue no decisions on what papers to use an NO WASTE!! wonderful concept, Thank you!

Excellent customer service & product

I was so thrilled to receive my Project life album and supplies early in January! I have wanted to do this project for over a year and I'm so happy for the excellent service, pricing and delivery! Every other option I looked at previously was either "unavailable" or the shipping made it too expensive to be feasible.

Just rec'd my Seafoam and Clementine core kits and am waiting for my earlier order of page protectors and a mini album. I must say I'm disappointed ... the sharpness and shade of the colours are not what is shown online. I understand that my computer screen acts as a light projector and everything is always brighter and sharper ... but ... the core kits cards are really muted and almost pastel-y to what is shown. I would hope in the future you will offer Glossy options, as these Matte cards really make them look dull and cheap. And there's nothing I dislike more than pastel-y colors and so I'm really hoping your new editions, such as Honey, will really deliver to the vibrant colors as shown.

Sooooo Fast!

After waiting forever for the Project Life Seafoam edition to be ready for sale, I was delighted when I got an email on Thursday morning saying my order had shipped--I was even more delighted when it arrived at my door Friday. THE NEXT DAY!

Great shipping, and the company kept me updated on the status of my order very frequently, will keep shopping here for sure!

I have just placed (and received) my second of three orders through Scrapbookers Inner Circle (the third is a pre-order of the Seafoam kit which I can't wait to get my hands on next year!).

Excellent service

This was my second order of Project Life items from Scrapbooker's Inner Circle. I had a reason to contact Tammy and make a somewhat 'cheeky' request. I thought I had nothing to loose and if you don't ask you don't get, right ? Well Tammy was very helpful, kept promptly replying to my on going questions, let me cancel one order and place another etc and I got all I wanted (and more than I originally planned but you have to take advantage of offers while they're on!) and am a happy shopper. Thanks to Tammy and the team, keep up the good work.
