This was my first order from you after reading about your products in a scrapbook magazine. LOVE your products, can't wait to use them. Was not impressed however with the courier you use (FedEx) as they left my large parcel on my doorstep while I was at work and anybody could have stolen it. Thought they were supposed to leave a delivery card if you are out?.

Excellent Service

Ordered the Amber Kit on 3rd March and it arrived on 6th March what excellent service. The kit is lovely and really well packaged. Will look forward to get other items especially as they are so efficient.

Best Online Shopping Experience

I placed my order last Friday night and was shocked to find it arrived the following Wednesday. Incredibly fast shipping! The Project Life products I had ordered were beautiful and true to what the website describes. My only complaint was that one of the binders had some noticeable damage where a scratch had gone through the surface and there was a visible tear. I contacted Tammy that evening and she got back to me immediately to advise a replacement was on the way, which arrived today (Friday) in absolutely flawless condition! This truly has been the best online shopping experience I have ever had between the great products, the fast shipping, and the OUTSTANDING customer service. Thank you so much Tammy! I will definitely be ordering from scrapbookersinnercircle.com again and would recommend it to everyone I know!

How's this for good service?

I placed my second order at the end of last week and was pleased to see on Wednesday of this week it was ready for dispatch. I was over the moon when I logged on a short while ago to find out it is in the country and on it's way! Firstly, fantastic service Parcelforce, and secondly a huge thank you to Tammy. My last order took forever and a day to get here and when I did complain to Tammy I asked if my next order could be dispatched with another company. Tammy, you must have an excellent memory! Thank you for respecting my request for my next order to go with someone else. Many other companies wouldn't have even considered the request!

Nothing too much trouble!

I am in the process of placing my second order and am planning on doing albums for my sons, from birth to the present. I asked Tammy her opinion on colours, she responded quickly and efficiently and gave me an alternative I hadn't even considered! I would like to say to those who are put off by the delivery cost that your parcel arrives as if it has just been packed, in perfect condition, and you have the added advantage of being able to track your box and know exactly where it is. Good service all round!
