Going Beyond Expectations!!!

This review has been a long time coming, somehow I have gotten carried away by life, which is easy to do! I ordered for the first time from Scrapbooker's Inner Circle earlier this year, maybe Jan if memory serves me correctly. Some items from my order were delayed due to uncontrollable circumstances of shipping to Canada etc. When I was inquiring about my order Tammy immediately took the steps to ensure my order arrived at my doorstep the next morning, (the day after I sent my inquiry late at night,) I received her email and the same morning my order arrived on my doorstep! Not only that, but she dug into her personal stash and personally sent me the missing items. She went above and beyond what I was expecting. I was expecting an email with a nice explanation so I would be informed about when the order/delayed items would arrive - perhaps an approximate date. She went beyond the call of duty and totally and completely surprised me! I was blown out of the water with her quick, timely and personal response, that was then followed up by action. Thank you again so much for the fabulous customer service. I have no trouble recommending ordering from your company. I am so happy not only with my Project Life products, but with the wonderful service as well. Can't wait until I can place another order!!! All the best to you!!!

Delighted with my clementine core kit, binder and plastic pockets - they are so pretty and such good quality. I am so pleased you are distributing in the uk despite all the red tape you must have to go through - it was well worth the wait. It is wonderful to be able to store all my children's pre-digital photos in such a stylish and accessible way. Thanks to you and Becky.

My Project Life arrived today here in Brazil and I am in love with it!!!

Excellent customer service!

My parcel arrived today in France!! Thank you! I\'m thrilled!! Very fast delivery (shipped on Friday, arrived on Tuesday). This morning, as I was getting worried that I probably would not be at home during the delivery hours, someone rang at the door and I ended up with my parcel in my arms!! Then it was very frustrating because I had to go to work and I haven\'t been able to open it before a few hours.
Very good communication from efficient Tammy and regular updates by email have been much appreciated. Thank you so much! I can\'t wait to get started although I don\'t know exactly where to start now that I have everything I need! :)

PS: just one thing. A bit of bubble wrap would be great to secure the products inside the parcel. It arrived torn on 2 sides but fortunately no damages inside!

Fantastic Service!!

This year we were lucky enough to, finally receive Project Life to the UK!!! As with all new ventures there are bound to be teething problems, most of which cannot be helped. Whist waiting for my order I sent MANY emails, Tammy answered them all very quickly and she was very helpful!
