I love this. How did you do the circles? I am always looking for
new ways to do circles especially since I have about a zillion pics
of Dumbo or the rockets or the Tea cups.
Hi Brooke,
I hand cut these circles. First I traced different sized circles on
the backsides of various patterned papers. Then just took my
scissors to them instead of my circle cutters. (I use Creative
Memories circle cutters to do the tracing.) I offset the circles
which is what helps give the whirling effect and also offset the
whole grouping so that it wasn't in the center of my page. That
also helps give the whirling effect I was looking for. FYI my
journaling is behind the center circle which is attached with one
brad at the top of it so the picture just swivels out of the way to
read. You are welcome to join the Challenge of the Month group
