Just made my third order! I can't stay away. The products are great and arrive SO FAST! I couldn't believe it when it arrived at my doorstep just days later. I love project life and will definitely be coming back again and again. To all other Canadians - order with a friend to split the cost. I thought the shipping was quite reasonable. I've definitely paid more on ebay for a lot smaller items.

Canadian Love!

This is the second order I have placed, and I gotta tell you, I love PL and ordering from you! Shipping is VERY reasonable (I live in Saskatchewan, Canada), only $15 both times I ordered from you! I've checked out other sites and the shipping is horrendous! I will only shop with you for my PL addiction! Thank you for providing us Canadians with Project Life!!

I am ecstatic to finally find Project Life products. I was getting pretty discouraged. One e-mail and less than 24 hours later, I have placed my order---yahoo! And...I don't find the shipping to be outrageous at all. If you order from a couple of other prominent distributors, it really is prohibitive. Thank you so much. Great customer service!!

Pure awesomeness!

Placed my order saturday night and received packaged today (wednesday) in fantastic condition. I emailed Tammy after I placed my order (few hours later) to change the colour of my album and I got a reply right away! I wasn't expecting a reply til Monday but I was impressed by her promptness and customer care. I ordered the whole project life baby for her (core kit, album, and photo pockets) and also one childhood kit and a mini album plus the arrow stickers. My shipping was ONLY $15. The box was quite heavy so for me that shipping charge was cheap! And for getting the package within days? That is pretty great in my opinion. I highly recommend this site for getting your project life needs. I will come back for sure! Thank you, Tammy for excellent customer service! I am one happy crafter!

Canadians Deserve some Love Too

I love the Project Life line and have purchased many products. I understand that Canada Post controls the shipping price and therefore I order with a group of ladies in order to reduce the fee. I am VERY disappointed however with all of the great "sales" that are offered to US Customers and are never extended to Canadian counterparts. After reading Becky's Blog I couldn't wait to order the Olive Edition during the Valentines day sale but again at checkout I discovered that this offer was not extended to Canadians despite our dollar being at par. I have ordered the kit at full price as I do love it and can't wait to use it but I still feel unappreciated as a Canadian fan and consumer by both Becky and her partners.

Great Product - Shipping Cost Outrageous

Delivery was fast, love product life however delivery cost is crazy...why do we Canadians always get ripped off with shipping! It cannot possibly cost $17.00 extra (shipping) for each product I put in my cart...shame on you Inner Circle or Canada Post!

Response: Cinzia, I am so glad you LOVE your Project Life products and thank you for sharing your concerns. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of Canada Post here in Canada and Purolator or UPS are almost double that - Ouch.

Tip for Canadians

Love this and can't wait to get started. However, I too was disappointed in the high Canadian shipping rates. Here's a tip. Find 2 or more people who want to do project life and order it together. You can divide the shipping costs between you so its not as much. It only goes up a few dollars when you add more items so it'll be cheaper than paying full shipping costs yourself. :)
